How to avoid falling off the chain?
Now that we understand the reasons for the track derailment of rotary piling rigs, we can prescribe the right medicine to avoid dechaining in time. So how to avoid it?
- When operating or turning on complex construction sites, if you find signs of initial deviation of the track, you should stop in time and lift the track for a few idling turns to return the track to the correct position.
- The rotating shafts of the driving sprocket, track roller, top roller and idler wheelshould be regularly greased and fully lubricated to avoid excessive wear.
- The idlerwheel can move forward and backward to adjust the tightness of the track. Therefore, theidler wheel should be specially protected at ordinary times. Check whether the tensioning cylinder is working properly and whether the oil seal is leaking. If it is damaged, it should be repaired or replaced in time.
- Check whether the chain guard plate is excessively worn or loose. If so, repair or replace it in time.
