Liebherr HS830 Complete Front Idler’s working principle:
The Liebherr HS830 complete front idler is located directly in front of the track frame. It consists of a front idler and a tension spring installed in the internal structure of the track frame. Keep the front idler straight ahead when working and walking, so as to avoid abnormal damage to the chain rail. The tension spring can also absorb the impact from the potholes ahead to reduce damage. The chassis parts front idler is used to guide the crawler track to rotate properly to prevent it from going too far and derailing.
