Some suggestions related to how to replace the idler.
1. Remove the tracks of rotary drilling rig.
Remove the one-way valve at the grease nipple, release the butter inside, and use a bucket to push the guide wheel inward to make the track as loose as possible.
2. Install the idler.
The idler installation method is the same as the general wheel installation method. Use a jack to support the drilling rig, then use a screwdriver to unscrew the screws. After removing them, install the new wheels and apply lubricant to complete the installation.
