Casagrande B300 rotary piling rig whole undercarriage parts include track shoe, track chain, track roller, top roller, sprocket and idler. As a component of the traveling mechanism, each part plays an important role.
Track shoe. Increase the contact area with the ground and support the whole machine body.
Track chain. Transmit driving torque and support the machine body.
Track roller. Support the weight of the machine body and make the crawler track move forward along it.
Top roller. Hold the track upwards so that the crawler track has a certain tension degree.
Sprocket. Transmission driving function; connected with the traveling reducer, it directly transmits the power to the crawler track, thus driving the entire chassis forward.
Idler. Guide the crawler track to rotate correctly to prevent it from wandering and deviating from the track.
