Some maintenance recommendations of track shoes for rotary drilling rig:
- Avoid walking for a long time: Walking for a long time will cause the track shoes to wear out.
- Avoid walking on gravel: Gravel sometimes gets stuck between the track plates. When they come into contact with the ground, they will squeeze the two plates. The track plates are prone to bending and deformation, and the track shoe bolts will be fixed for a long time. Cracked everywhere.
Track tension: The track tension should be adjusted according to different construction road conditions. Too tight will cause early wear of the chain rail links, ring gears and front idler, and too loose will cause the track to fall off.
