Maintenance recommendations for top rollers:
- Avoid soaking the top roller in muddy water.
- Keep the X-frame inclined platform clean at ordinary times, and do not let too much dirt and gravel accumulate to hinder the rotation of the top roller.
- Be sure to keep the top rollerdry in winter, because there is a floating seal between the outer wheel and the shaft of the top roller. If there is water, it will freeze at night. When the drilling rigis moved, the floating seal will be scratched when it comes into contact with the ice, causing oil leakage.
Note: If the top roller is damaged, the crawler track will not be able to maintain a straight line. Lubricating oil is injected into the top roller at one time. If oil leaks, the top roller can only be replaced with a new one.
