What causes of “rotary piling rig derailment”?
1. Track shoe is too loose
The tightness of the crawler track is adjusted by pushing the guide wheel through the tensioning cylinder, and the tensioning cylinder is pushed by the grease gun to apply grease, thereby adjusting the tightness of the crawler track. However, in many cases, the tightness of the crawler track cannot be adjusted.
2. The four wheels and thetrack shoe are not on the same plane.
The cause of such problems mostly occurs at the tumbler idler, because among the four wheels (track roller wheel, top roller wheel, drive wheel and idler wheel), only the idler wheel can move forward and backward, and the moving parts are worn and the central axis of the idler wheel is worn. This will cause the idler wheel to swing to a large extent, causing the track to derail. At this time, it means that the rotary piling rig needs to replace the idler wheel.
3. Due to the wear and tear of thechain guard plate, it cannot play its role.
Even if the track of a bulldozer is very loose, it rarely loses its chain. That’s because the bulldozer’s chain guard is a whole piece from the driving wheel to the guide wheel, covering all the rollers, while the tracked rotary excavator only has two There are two small chain guard plates, one at the position of the middle roller and one at the position of the guide wheel. Once the chain guard is worn, the chain rail will easily slide out of the chain guard, causing the track to derail. At this time, the chain guard plate needs to be repaired or replaced.
