LIEBHERR LB36 Tumbler Idler plays an important role in the whole undercarriage. One is to guide the crawler track to wind correctly, another is to adjust the tightness of the crawler track. So it is not only a guide wheel but also a tension wheel.

Function of each undercarriage parts for Liebherr LB36 rotary piling rig:  

• Liebherr LB36 track shoe: The main function of the crawler track is to increase the contact area and reduce the pressure on the ground, so that it can work smoothly on soft ground.
• Liebherr LB36 track roller: It plays a supporting role and is located between the lower surface of the left/right beam of the chassis and the crawler track. It varies according to the tonnage of the piling rig. Usually there are 5-10 pcs per side.
• Liebherr LB36 top roller: The role of holding up the crawler track varies according to the tonnage of the rotary piling rig. Usually there are 1-2 pcs on each side.
• Liebherr LB36 idler: It plays the role of guiding the crawler track and is located at the end opposite to the driving force. Usually there are 2 pcs per rotary piling rig.
• Liebherr LB36 drive sprocket: Plays the role of driving the crawler track, is fixed on the traveling motor, and transmits the driving force of the traveling motor to the crawler track through the gear structure. Usually there is 1 on each walking motor.
