XCMG XR400 Front Idler for Piling Rig Machine
XCMG XR400 Front Idler is in the front of the XCMG XR400 rotary piling rig. Its main function is to guide the crawler track to be wound correctly, and at the same time, make the crawler track obtain the appropriate tension through the adjustment of the tension device.
Features of our XCMG XR400 Front Idler：
- Integral cast steel and welded idler wheel is available.
- The wheel body is made of high-strength alloy steel containing precious and rare metals such as manganese and chromium, and has undergone professional heat treatment to ensure sufficient hardened layer depth, making the working tread of the wheel body have high strength and high wear resistance.
- Use high quality floating oil seals and shaft sleeves to ensure sealing reliability and longer service life when the wheel body is in motion.
