- Roller shell heat treated by quenching and tempering + induction hardening to ensure the core hardness HRC28-32 and surface hardness HRC54-58
- Standard QT450-10 for the bracket to ensure wear resistance. The high nickel and chromium for seals ensure a warranty of 5000 hours with no leakage.
- 40Cr alloy steel and polished for shaft
- Bimetallic bushing with 0.5士0.1mm thickness of alloy layer.
- Leakage test, fixed quantity oil filling, running test, and dimension checking while assembling.
