2. Precision cutting and shaping: Utilizing state-of-the-art cutting equipment, we precisely cut the materials according to the exact design specifications. This guarantees the accuracy and precision of the Atlas Copco D60 Track Pad dimensions.
3. Thorough heat treatment: Our Atlas Copco D60 Track Pad undergo a meticulous heat treatment process to maximize their hardness and strength. This optimizes their resistance to wear and ensures long-lasting performance in demanding environments.
4. Stringent quality control: We have rigorous quality control measures in place to ensure that each track plate meets our rigorous standards. This includes thorough inspections and testing to guarantee their exceptional quality and reliability.
Our heat treatment:
1.Selection of Heat Treatment Furnace: We use van-type natural gas heat treatment furnace with 13 units for heat treatment. These furnaces have a large processing capacity and can process several track plates at the same time to improve production efficiency.
2.Clean energy: For environmental protection and energy saving, we choose to use natural gas as the fuel for the heat treatment furnace. The combustion of natural gas produces less exhaust gas and less pollution to the environment.
3.Controlled entry speed: We make sure that the time when the track plate enters the heat treatment furnace is controlled within 35 seconds. This ensures that the track plate reaches the required temperature in a short time and guarantees the heat treatment effect.
4.Adopt lifting quenching heat treatment: In order to make the track plate cool evenly, we adopt lifting quenching heat treatment method.
Through the above heat treatment process, we ensure the quality and consistency of the heat treatment of the track plate. At the same time, we will continue to use clean energy to reduce our impact on the environment.
