High-strength material: The main process is casting, and the material is 35SiMn. The end cover of the large guide wheel is cast steel, and the end cover of the small guide wheel is ductile iron.

Durability: The surface is quenched or heat-treated to increase the surface hardness of the guide wheel and extend its service life.
