- We have two hot die forging production lines, respectively 2500T and 1600T hot die forging press production lines. Through the hot die forging process, we can ensure the stability of the track chain dimensions. This production method can make the dimensional accuracy of the track link is high and the quality is reliable.
- We use the automatic equipment of net belt furnace for tempering treatment. This device ensures that the internal structure of the tempered crawler link is uniform, thus avoiding hardness problems.
