Our Bauer BG25 Track Chain have excellent high-temperature resistance, impact resistance, compressive strength, and wear resistance, and can work stably in various harsh environments.
- For high temperature resistance: we tested the chain link without any quality issues such as deformation when subjected to a high temperature of 800 ℃ for 1 minute. Thus proving that the chain link has excellent high temperature resistance performance.
- For impact resistance: we conducted tests under 2000 pounds of gravity and 50 consecutive rapid metal impacts. And the results showed that the chain link can withstand such strong impacts without quality issues such as deformation, and has excellent impact resistance.
- For compressive strength: we conducted 10 tests on 10 tons of road compaction. And the results showed that the chain link can withstand such strong pressure without quality problems such as deformation, and has excellent compressive strength.
- For wear resistance: we conducted a one minute test on the steel shaft for rapid rotation friction. And the results showed slight scratches on the surface of the chain link. But there were no overall quality issues such as deformation, proving that the chain link has excellent wear resistance
