Production process of track plate:
- KM969S Grouser Shoe Material selection: We select high quality materials such as 25MnB and 23MnB which have excellent strength and wear resistance.
- Material Cutting: We use advanced cutting equipment to cut the selected materials into track plate blanks of the required size.
- Heat treatment: The KM969S grouser shoe blanks are subjected to a heat treatment process, which usually includes quenching and tempering, to improve their hardness and wear resistance.
- Machining and shaping: Heat treated KM969S grouser shoe blanks are precisely machined and shaped, including drilling, cutting, milling and other processes to ensure accuracy of size, shape and compatibility.
- Surface treatment: The track plates undergo surface treatment, such as painting and anti-rust treatment, to improve their corrosion resistance and aesthetics.
- Quality control: Throughout the production process, we implement strict quality control measures, including checking the quality of raw materials, monitoring the size and shape during processing and moulding to ensure that the quality and performance of the tracked plates meet the standard requirements.
- Final Inspection and Packaging: The tracked boards that have passed the quality inspection are subject to final inspection, including appearance inspection, size inspection, and so on. Finally, the tracked boards will be packed appropriately to ensure that they are not damaged during transport and storage.
