Our Heat Treatment Process:
1. Efficient Furnace Selection: We utilize state-of-the-art natural gas heat treatment furnaces with 13 units. These furnaces have a high processing capacity, allowing for simultaneous heat treatment of multiple track plates, thus improving production efficiency.
2. Environmentally Friendly Approach: In our commitment to environmental protection and energy conservation, we have opted for natural gas as the fuel source for our heat treatment furnaces. This choice significantly reduces exhaust emissions and minimizes pollution.
3. Precise Entry Speed Control: We ensure that the track plates enter the heat treatment furnace within a controlled timeframe of 35 seconds. This enables the plates to reach the required temperature quickly, guaranteeing optimal heat treatment results.
4. Uniform Cooling with Lifting Quenching: To achieve uniform cooling, we employ the lifting quenching method during heat treatment. This ensures that the track plates cool evenly, enhancing their overall durability and performance.
