Track Plate Production Process:

2. Clean Energy: In our commitment to environmental sustainability, we prioritize the use of natural gas as the fuel source for our heat treatment furnaces. This choice minimizes exhaust emissions and reduces pollution, aligning with our eco-friendly practices.

3. Controlled Entry Speed: We ensure that the track plates enter the heat treatment furnace within a controlled timeframe of 35 seconds. This precise timing guarantees that the plates reach the required temperature quickly, ensuring effective heat treatment.

4. Uniform Cooling: To achieve consistent cooling, we employ a lifting quenching heat treatment method. This technique ensures that the track plates cool evenly, enhancing their hardness, durability, and overall performance.
