• Roller body: Forged by 40Mn2 round steel, which has good hardenability; Hardening and tempering + technology for heating treatment of medium frequency surface hardening, surface hardness HRC52-60, hardened case depth is 8-20mm, to ensure the strength and wear resistance.
• Bearing: Forged by 50Mn round steel with good oxidation resistance; hardening and tempering + technology for heating treatment of medium frequency surface hardening, surface hardness HRC52-60, hardened case depth is 3-6mm, its comprehensive performance is excellent.
• Floating seal:  Forged by high chrome molybdenum alloy, which has good wear resistance, hardness HRC65-72, face roughness 0.1um-0.2um.
• O-ring: Forged by Chemigum, which is made of butadiene and acrylonitrile, having better oil resistance and high-temperature resistance.
